TURNER DR HOUSE: COMPLETE RANCH HOME REMODEL 

This home was remodeled by a client of mine who is an out of state investor. 

When I first walked up to this home I could already see the potential. It was calling out to have the life put back into it. But I'll admit, seeing the front yard which was mainly hard dirt, no landscaping, and dark shades on the windows it took some imagination to see what it could be.

Wow, what a difference. The outside of the home got an all new roof, windows, lap siding, complete exterior paint, custom made corner post, and the garage was converted back into a garage. Oh, let's not forget about the beautiful new landscaping.

Engineered Bronze Bamboo floors were installed throughout the home, the popcorn was scraped off the ceilings, new trim and doors throughout. All coated with fresh new paint.

The kitchen got a complete overall. The old wall between the kitchen and the living room was taken down to create an open living area. New quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, and stainless steel appliances were put in creating a bright welcoming kitchen.

The hallway bathroom was taken down to the studs including removing the old linen closet. A dual vanity with marble countertop was put in, Marzzi tile was installed on both the floor and the shower walls all the way to the ceiling. To add a little something special a custom built bench was added.

The old half wall with columns was removed, a new wall was built with a pocket to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. The bathtub was transformed into a beautiful walk in shower with bench, and glass sliding door. A new dual vanity with marble top was put in, along with Bianca tile on the floors and shower walls.
